Raymond was very supportive of my situation which includes an embarrassing and difficult situation (DUI arrest.) He honestly was able to negotiate the best possible resolution for me. He listened and understood my concerns. He is obviously VERY knowledgeable in the area of DUI in the state of Washington. He has a great rapport with the prosecutors as well as the judges and clerks. I appreciated the fact that during each hearing/appearance in court – Raymond was there personally.
